Pros
Luno has a friendly and easy going work environment and there is a strong sense of community within the company. The company often hosts small and large events to help strengthen employee relationships. Luno invests a lot of time and resources to ensure that their employees are happy. Overall, it is a very exciting space to work in.
Cons
The company is growing very fast which means that there are a lot of changes occurring all the time. This can be quite stressful. It was also disappointing that the company couldn't be more accommodating for my particular eating preferences since it caters to all the other employees so well.
