      Excellent culture and environment - no idea is too small and the passion everyone shares for the company is completely contagious! Plus you will experience a shared trust that you are capable - hello happiness!

      Cons

      You will have to keep the new ideas to yourself until it's launched, while you want to brag about the awesome ideas everyone is coming up with - thus your go to line is "watch this space"
