Pros
The company offers good flight benefits, decent time off, work-life balance is well preserved. Most Managers are decent. Overall colleagues are nice.
Cons
Constant cost cutting and diminishing opportunities. For the past 10 years I've seen the workforce cut in half. Absolutely no opportunities for growth, especially for non-German speakers. No structure employee development. There isn't a single individual in Mid- and High- Management who isn't German.
