Pros
The retail hourly pay seems reasonable compared to the State of New York minimum hourly income. Surprised that benefits are offered to part-time employees. Of course, you have to pay into the benefit system.
Cons
Supervisors have been great. However, cashiers have to learn the job with real customers without any real formal training. The cashiers are on a learn as you go basis with minimum training.
