Pros

There are not a lot of pros to working here. They built a new workout center. They have a nice headquartered campus. That's 'bout it.

Cons

Upper level management (Vice President and Directors) need to listen to their team. They constantly have empty promises of change. There is extremely high turnover and layoffs that occur. Lowe's constantly has the reputation of being a poor employer especially compared to other companies in the surrounding area. They try to spin situations in a positive light. You must play the politics game to work here. Be prepared. They are trying to change the company around, but there will need to be a mass exodus of leadership at all levels to leave to actually make an impact.

Pros

Remote, great starting pay for entry level remote. Team environment was the best part of the experience.

Cons

Very limited to no advancement opportunities with pay increases that don't even match cost of living increases. No HR support and the culture reflects that... not a company that has any flexibility in the way employees are handled when they make a mistake it stacks and is not removes for a year. If you have three mistakes even if they are in totally different areas they will terminate even tenured employees with otherwise perfect records. Not a way to keep good employees.
