Pros
Co-workers: these guys are a blast, you’ll experience everything together (from people trying to jump infront of your truck to get a payout to having people constantly casing and following you every other day to try and rob you when you get complacent)
Cons
The pay was 22/hr for driver and hopper position (the guys that carry money) and if you had a cdl license you’d get $26/hr or if you did tps (you’re hopping the route by yourself, $29/hr) Management, extremely unorganized/ untrained, ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN MANAGEMENT and willing to blame their problems on the guys that are actually doing the work on the street. (Being told that you did something wrong when they’re the ones who instructed you to do that exact thing…) Just ask them why they had 2 robberies within 3 months at the dallas branch, why the guys from other branches talk down on the Dallas branch and why most people that GET PAST the first week and then past the first month don’t make it past the first year (p.s they get tired of dealing with trash management)
