Pros
Long hours if you don't mind working for long periods of time, this job is great if you wanna pay off a car or pay all you're nessecities, also a great opportunity to get you're security and firearms license
Cons
As many reviews state there's a big problem with loomis management, a big problem with favoritism and over all a unprofessional environment, I can only speak for my branch when I say that there has been a problem with sexual harassment and conflict of interest, I've had a former lead get promoted to management with the branch manager knowing he has sending inappropriate pictures to the ladies in cms, so many leads and other co workers seem to have a power complex for no apparent reason, when you speak of your frustrations and problems in the work place you're just expected to suck it up and finish you're route, they expect you to do you're job but set you up for failure when you're a low priority route, regardless of the route being more simple than others, a route is a route and reliable equipment and trucks are needed. If you're coming from a job where you're tired of picking up slack from others I highly recommend you stay away from Loomis, a simple day can turn into a nightmare, as soon as people start calling in, management moves routes around so they won't have to cancel a route, if someone else cancels a stop, depending on how much a person can make up an excuse management will end up giving somebody else that persons canceled stops making it a long day for others
