      Pros

      Helped me transition out of the Marine Corps. The job gave me a small purpose but a purpose none the less to ease me back into civilian life

      Cons

      Management seemed flakey but overall very understanding within reason.

      extremely toxic work environment literally 0 training misleading communication about job roles will fire you if you speak up about work issues
