Bad management all around - Vault Custodian Loomis Employee Review

Management is atrocious. No one is ever on the same page and can not communicate which is bad for a security company. Nothing works. The top bosses get paid so much we work with a lot of money have a lot of revenue but some how we can't get working computers. Or ac in 109 weather. We have had multiple ppl get heat sick. Lots of bias in management as well. No rules are actually followed consistently from one worker to the next non favorites will get into trouble for doing things the exact way the favorite does but they don't get in trouble. Favorites get away with many things. There is so much I could add here.
