      Ok pay, strong support during the training process, fun coworkers

      Cons

      Slave to your schedule, zero work life balance, unethical misguided PTO policy, broken down old machines/computers/facility, expensive benefits, insane managers/supervisors/leads who favor and will actually ignore helping those they don't like. Your job will be threatened frequently.
