Pros

The ability to purchase guns cheap was cool. I bought a Glock pistol at the Blue label price and financed the purchase interest free through Loomis. It was kind of a hassle, but I did it.

Cons

The work environment was toxic. I was verbally and physically harassed by a coworker daily. I was made to come to work 20 minutes prior to clock in every day, unpaid, to open the facility. The trucks never worked safely. I was yelled at by a supervisor for reporting a truck without functioning turn signals, after telling him for two months that the turn signals didn't work. I had no actual training. I was made to carry cash while unarmed and unlicensed. There was no driver training beyond, "Drive fast." When I drove fast, I was written up. The benefits were awful and the HR rep forgot to tell us that applications for health insurance were due until the after they were due. I didn't get healthcare through the company because of that. My 401k was awful and I lost over $600 because of a bad company provided portfolio. My supervisor sexually harassed women while in uniform on the street. I once had to sit in a truck for 10 hours without a bathroom break because a vindictive coworker refused to break me out. It was an awful, awful job.

Pros

Weekday schedule that's almost set hours when fully staffed. When people call out, expect to work overtime and watch your manager leave before you.

Cons

Management sucks. Lots of favoritism going on. PTO policy is constantly shifting and reasoning seems flimsy. If you're dying and call out with no PTO, best to just quit and find a new job because you will be fired. But expect to see other people treated with leniency and not be held to the same standard as others.
