Pros
Appreciation is shown to those who work hard. Plenty of overtime. OKC is a positive branch to be at and makes for a pretty good work day (even the 12-14 hour days).
Cons
The harder you work, the more work you get. Work load among department is not evenly distributed.Ever. Tensions can run high if your personalities clash in this small confined room with long hours being common.. management can pawn work load onto the hardest workers causing the revolving door effect in the department.
