      I enjoy the variety of work that this job has to offer. The branch manager is there for you when you need him.

      Cons

      When people are hired that are not improving in work skills or who talk all the time instead of doing their job,management doesn't let them go or talk to them about their issues.Other efficient workers have to take up the slack. These workers get burned out.
