-Amazing selection of candy -Management is great, I've learned a great deal from my managers and their easy to talk to. -Growth potential is fair -Employees are amazing
Cons
-Some candy is a little over priced, if we had some filler candy with in-between prices especially in the chocolate area it would be a killer. -Need more health conscious candy and sugar free candy, customers would appreciate the variety. -Need more variety of soda
