      Lots of resources to support employees Great team of people Great mission

      Cons

      Healthcare is pricy and didn't cover my medicine covered by previous state government healthcare plans (but was still BlueCross). To get a raise with a promotion, lateral moves are required. Otherwise the raise will not match your salary to the current rate for that position.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
