Pros
Benefits are good. You get the opportunity to see things many never do. The experience is very valuable. Working at ADP is like working at a start up within a large corporation.
Cons
The production environment is abusive. If you are a high performer, you get much more responsibility, but do not get compensated more for it. You will move up much faster here though than anywhere else.
