      Pros

      Great life/work balance. Not strict on what time people show up, as long as they are there for the "core hours". These are from 9am-3pm. Get to see aircraft take off, land, and I support the control room for missions.

      Cons

      Promotions come every so often. They say budget is an issue. Edwards AFB is pretty far from a lot of people. I wish they would help out with gas.

      Good 401k matching (10%), Friendly People, Kind Managers, Job Security, Plenty of growth opportunities, 4/10 Schedule and 3 day weekends

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
