Pros
Great place to start a career. They give you a good choice of what projects to work on. From my experience, management was very helpful.
Cons
Depends on the place, but some Lockheeds aren't as good as other Lockheeds in terms of work environment. Also, the performance reviews aren't always fair. They take into consideration, how useful is your project to the company in the end? You could do a great job on a not so important project and still be dinged in the performance review for that.
