      Pros

      Note: Take all reviews with a grain of salt. Each team is very different within the company. Very relaxed environment, easy to bank time and take time of as needed. Management is super friendly.

      Cons

      The tech stack hasn't been updated in 10+ years. We are using an outdated version of Java, and quite literally nothing else. While the pay is alright, it is not a place to build a skill set.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
