      - The tech stack is cutting edge. - People are nice.

      Cons

      - Selling cars that no one needs - Revenue comes from people with bad credit (and upper management openly acknowledge, and even brag, about this) - Terrible benefits (barely match 401k, starting PTO 2 weeks, sub par health coverage costs)

      Pros

      Great company with good benefits and growth opportunities to level up your skills.

      Cons

      PTO is limited and salaries could be more in line with market rates, as a drawback often have many in the company grow their skills and jump ship since getting raises internally are difficult to negotiate even with new title changes/role changes.
