Pros
Stable, Structured, Stock Purchase Program, Good Insurance 401K etc. Good company for beginners, or if you get hired as a sales manager or above.
Cons
Substandard payscale. Unbelievable amount of paperwork, duplication, meetings, etc. It is a great job for a beginning salesperson, and can be a road to F&I. Then hang to to be promoted or flee to somewhere that will pay you.
