Pros
One of the largest Automotive groups out there. Good Job stability, and you get paid on time or sometimes early.
Cons
Pay cuts, no bonuses, and horrible vacation pay. When they cut your pay plan, they tell you that you have the potential to make more. When in reality your getting a huge pay cut. Employee satisfaction is not a concern of Lithia.
