In-depth training and the opportunity to work with some of the best sales managers in the business. Large inventory. Free lunch on Saturdays.
Cons
Hours are a nightmare and there is no flexibility. This can be beneficial to people learning the business, but of the three dealerships I have worked at Lithia is the worst time leach. Be prepared for zero work/life balance.
