Pros
The people are earnest and hard-working. Many of the people "on the ground" and and even some management are dedicated and truly want the best for each other and the company. Some of the best or the worst managers depending on your department. A leading company in the space in terms of size and growth (which could be a positive or negative).
Cons
Lower pay scale than many peers with similar roles. At one time, welcomed new ideas and risk-taking, but started adopting a "too big to fail" mindset and punished creative solutions. Often resorts to cost-cutting rather than pursuing revenue/profit growing initiatives. Definitely an air of cliques and nepotism. If you aren't one of the "good ole boys", connected to key leaders, or overtly sycophantic, it's easy to be forgotten.
