1. Poor management- Do not trust them they’re liars and Rhonda white the service manager favours the men and disregards the females. 2. Lack of training and will favour a man’s word and will try anything to get rid of you no matter if you’ve passed probation or not. 3. Pay is unbelievably poor for the work load you put in. 4. The site itself if falling apart with limited footfall. 5. Management in service department won’t stay past 5pm as they don’t live local. 6. Toxic work environment with a high turn over of staff. 7. Rude sales managers and snarky sales colleague 8. Breaches GDPR to ensure CPS stays above 90% ensuring management bonus.
