This job nearly cost me my life, I have been on the very brink of suicide due to work load, minimal time off and pay. Job was project salary is no where near what you actually get. I am the only salesman above my target and I leave with £1000 every month after working 60 hour weeks. My f&i is above the run rate and so is my target. The cars you take an order for they won’t pay the majority of the commission till the car arrives (can be over a year) They plan staying extra hours on the day and expect you go drop all the plans you have to make appointments. I have lost my girlfriend and I am about to loose my apartment.
