Exciting environment. The team really are a team and make it worth the while.
Cons
Appalling pay. Higher management don’t care about the troops on the ground doing really long hours and taking home wages that are in some instances worse than working at Morrison’s. (Other supermarkets are available). You are expected to give everything working here and you get what they can get away with giving you in return.
