Pros
For ambitious, smart and fast learners this would be considered "THE" place to be. If you were able to show real tangible results you could grow as much as the company was growing. Flexibility between areas and positions. Opportunity to create and learn as much as you wanted. Open doors in every level of the company.
Cons
Unstructured, like every other startup but being Rocket's venture we had a big budget and huge pressure to grow and make things happen so there was not much room for structure. Now being a big company it is getting structure and real processes and systems to make things work. A lot of competition between employees.
