Wake up call needed for Execution leadership teams - Operations Light & Wonder Employee Review

At Light & Wonder, we truly value and action on direct feedback to help us continually improve and grow as an organization. In fact, on an annual basis, we invite each of our Creators to complete a best-in-class employee engagement survey to identify employee sentiment around numerous topics. We just completed our 2023 engagement survey and we’re elated to see that nearly all of our employees took the time to complete it, which is well above industry standard. We are proud to say the results reflected that the vast majority of our employees have a very favorable opinion of working at Light & Wonder, including areas like company values and confidence (business outlook), leadership quality, feedback and recognition, learning and development, career opportunities, work/life balance, and many others. In other words, the data we gathered across thousands of our employees reflects a different sentiment expressed in your review and we are disappointed to learn you had a different experience. Although the results are very positive, we believe in continual improvement and will rely on our engagement survey and other feedback gained throughout the year to enhance our workplace and continue to invest in our people.
