- Very flexible schedules. You can always let them know ahead of time when you're out of town or unable to attend an event. Additionally, you can always negotiate when you're able to show up and how long you can.

- Lots of standing on feet all day
- Pay is based on events worked, so in some seasons there will be few to not opportunities to work and get money
