Pros
Great IT team with very knowledgeable people, great support for junior employees as we get a lot of room to ask questions and improve.
Cons
A lot of management problems, many people who have "a say in things" who don't know anything about IT. Too much bureaucracy for doing and changing products, a lot of stuff just takes too long to do due to bad management decisions.
