Us vs them mentally. Need to get on one accord if the plant is going to survive another 20 years. Management and union should work together. Hourly employees understand what works on the line and have ideas that will improve productivity. Management should listen, instead of looking to crack the whip. The hourly need to develop trust in management. Good place for ex-prison guards to work. Seems to be the only culture that is respected by both management and hourly. Very demoralizing atmosphere.
