Pros
I am lucky. This is a small entertainment based law firm in Midtown NYC. Great team camraderie and chemistry. Colleagues are helpful, Encouraging team atmosphere. Not the cattiness and back stabbing I have found in larger firms. Also, there is easy work at home options as long as the work is completed on time.
Cons
No benefits , not much time off, I do go in on some weekends to work, Not mandatory but it is expected if work needs to get done.
