Awful - Anonymous employee Laura Ashley Employee Review

The head office atmosphere is dead quiet, the building is falling apart and it's freezing cold in the winter and too hot in the summer, bad location with only one shop nearby for food. Too many peoples jobs overlapping aswell and putting investment into the wrong places. No clear direction with all processes very slow. Old systems that are outdated and old computers from the 00s. Overall BAD experience
