It was alright - Interpreter Language Services Associates Employee Review

Pros

When I started here, it was good pay (if you live abroad US). Being an over the phone interpreter is a remote position so you have all the comfort and convenience of your own home. You'll always have a way to communicate with the managers and they can help you fix your schedule if you have problems that day or you want vacation time.

Cons

Due to the coronavirus, the per minute pay rate has changed from 18 cents to 1 cent. So that was a big con. Also it's more like a office job, you'll stay on your computer for the X hours you work and sometimes there are big volume of calls, it can be overwhelming.
