Pros
After noon tea every Friday.
Cons
The leaders really seem lost, especially with all the back-and-forth from teams in Hong Kong and China. This causes a lot of confusion, and it’s hard for us to get things done. It feels like they make decisions without knowing what’s really going on. One big problem is the reward program. It wastes a lot of our resources. It doesn’t work well and is run by someone who got fired from her last job for not doing well. We put in a lot of money and time, but it doesn’t give us any good results, and it makes you question how we are managed. HR often misleads us during hiring, and many of us feel cheated and upset when raises and bonuses are far from what was promised. They act more like people who just cut costs. They look for someone to blame but don’t celebrate our hard work. This is really discouraging and creates a place where people feel unvalued. A good work atmosphere and strong leadership are very important for success, and right now, we don’t have either.
