6-8% of salary increment if you're the top 10% person. But I believe many company can give the same increment even though you're not the top 10%.
Cons
1% of salary increment for 50% of employees, strictly. The company is constantly reducing head count by natural attrition You are constantly compared, complete with others, even within your team. And the company deliberately want it. The HR framework don't care people.
