      -Great small Community -fun -compensation comparable to public school district -all girl school environment is awesome! - Great mission and girls are driven, motivated, gracious and bright -great parent support -held up in prayer by Sisters of Notre Dame

      -no football team -all girl school, so some "drama" -

      Thousand Oaks can be a very sheltered suburb, and the student body sometimes reflects this.
