Good hours and co-workers - Food Specialist La Petite Academy Employee Review

I’ve had the same pay for 3 years. No raise. It has taken me 4 years to figure out the food program. I was never fully trained on it. It isn’t a user friendly program either as the person at the CACF who oversees us is constantly changing her mind on how she wants things done. It’s frustrating. Also, in my opinion, our center has way too many special needs children and it takes away from the teaching of the other children as well as stresses our skeleton crew of teachers.
