false promises. salary hold and everything is determined by the damn HR. first time seeing airfreight manager or ops manager not having a say. HR will override everything. useless management. your direct superior might sign off your confirmation/increment and etc. but HR will drag it out for months without notifying you. Salary mostly late, and HR will drag it to the next pay day. utterly useless management.
