cheap labour - Intern LVMH Employee Review

- Job title of intern does not match the level of responsibility and work load (internship disguised as coordinator role). Very high expectations for very junior role. - totally unfeasible salary for London cost of living (only those who have support from parents can afford to accept the internships offered by LVMH) - no introductory induction offered - poor culture - high employee turnover - no progression or longevity offered (after a year long internship you would hope to be offered a full time position)
