Pros
Great experience as a salesperson on the champs elysées: lots of different nationalities to deal with and customer preferences Good ambiance in the team: the objectives are for the store as a whole more than individual, so there is no personal rivalry to 'steal clients'. Respect of the shifts: no one will usually ask you to stay overtime - work hours are regular and follow the planing
Cons
We had too little support from managers at time (coordination between the different sections of the shop...some were overcrowded and understaffed)
