Great lower/middle management, horrible upper management - Program Coordinator LUK Employee Review

Upper level management creates a toxic environment, with someone members engaging in bullying and unprofessional behavior to the point of sabotaging future employment prospects for workers in order to retain them and YELLING/storming out of meetings. Given how small the organization is, HR won't address these issues and goes so far as not even documenting some of them.
