Pay was said to be 35k in Philippine Pesos by the recruiter in LinkedIn but they will reduce it to just 30k when you passed the final interview. There were allowances introduced when we started, including internet, transportation reimbursements and home office setup. It was removed months after the mass hiring in Manila. So we thought, maybe it was just a bait. Unacceptable attitudes of officemates were tolerated, no sanctions, no actions taken.
