Good Company/Weak Leadership - Vice President Kroll Employee Review

Richardson office leadership is very passive. They will not support you if complaints are brought their way. Their idea of handling issues is ignored. You have to threaten to quit to get the pay and help needed. There is too much nepotism at this office (husband/wife, family members, etc
