Pros
Pay is OK, access to lots of internal systems to help do your job. The team I am working with, acquired through acquisition, are good people and pleasant to work with most of the time.
Cons
Bad work life balance. Management is unaware, dishonest, and does not know what they are asking for. Overall heading towards a big 4 type of culture.
