Good place to start off your career. You gain valuable market insight, financial knowledge, and financial modeling skills that can leveraged in all areas of finance.
Cons
Overworked and underpaid. The staff level should be properly compensated for the amount of time they invest. The acquisition by the PE company surely did not help
