Pros
Unionized workplace Will work on scheduling for school . ( And help pay for college also ) Krogers also has a low turnover rate.
Cons
Management seems to be lacking on common sense. ( At least the last few they have sent to our store ) People seem to take too much comfort in having the union to save their jobs.
