Pros

Kroger has a discount and some decent benefits

Cons

It is a poorly run company. The upper management treats you like a child and plays games - very unprofessional- they don’t pay well at all given their hours and expectations. They promise help but half the time your help quits, gets fired or has no idea what to do. They have no problem making you run the entire clinic without help - then wonder why you are not "driving in visits" or completing charting, you also will have customers complain because you are behind on time and no one is at the desk. There is ZERO work life balance - have kids or a life outside of it? Forget it - they will only belittle and not appreciate you. Over the past few years I watched them desperately hire nurse practitioners not fit for the role and again your help - the turnover it unreal and they dont care about it. Oh and if you raise one of the above concerns - the target will be on you - management is into gossip and going behind backs - also your safety is not a concern either
