      Pros

      Great training program, it trained you for inside the company as well as outside but it depended upon you, good partnership with unions, achievable values, liked the inclusion. Overall decent company.

      Cons

      Need more one on one training, and management needs to be more consistent with it's opportunities. Mentors come to late in the training, well at least in this case.

      10% discount on all kroger branded items $17.25 per hour is one of the better wages in the area when compared to competitor stores

      Cons

      October-January the workload and store environment is overwhelming due to holidays Slowest time of year in the store is during the summer when its hot and days drag ob forever Lack of communication between dept as well as between store management MOD adds insurmountable tasks onto your already lengthy expected daily task assignments
